Lin, had just finished roaming the halls of Hogwarts, being careful to stay away from other people. After her episode in the forest, she needed to stretch her legs, and to think about what she should do. Fingering the now filled pill box she contemplated on whether she should try to stay here or move on.

Silent as a shadow, the Frau Doktor with her heady, characteristic smell of snow and wood fire and something unnamable but spicy, slipped through the doors to the school. Her eyes, black now as the pupil engulfed all but the smallest measure of amethyst at the rims, were sliding smoothly over what appeared to be a Russian newsprint while her spare hand rested on her almost impossibly pregnant belly and her flawless, timeless face screwed up a bit, obviously unhappy with what it was she was reading.
With a sigh and a single, fluid motion she pushed the frameless spectacles back up her nose, tucked a lock of ebony curls behind a tattooed ear, and finally looked up, her vision landing on the other female.
As if sensing a threat from her, the faint circle of purple pushed its way through her eye, swallowing all but a pinprick of her pupil, her already too-small mouth set firmly, her stance defensive as she watched the woman warily, saying nothing.

Lin smelled the woman before she came in, and she crinkled her nose in distaste. The woman neither smelt like a human or a vampire but something else..something that told her instincts to be wary of her. Lin noticed the womans defensive posture, and wondered why she, Lin would appear threatening. Stepping into a small square of light from the moon, she looked closely at the woman. Lin's perfect, gracefull body seemed to shine in the moonlight. Turning her head she spoke to the strange woman.
"What are you looking at? I really hope that I don't appear that threatening to you. Though I can't say that much for yourself. Has anyone ever told you that your perfume smells disgusting?" Lin stated in a mean manner. Lin couldn't help it, it was just her nature, rarley did she show kindness except to her own kind.

The pregnant woman, skin equally white as the vampire’s, snarled, baring perfectly white, even teeth, her pointed nose twitching up on one side, deadly beautiful amethyst eyes narrowing, the lashes, equally black and curling as her hair, coming to close around them. She didn’t take her wand out – nor did she seem to need to; there was something far more feral and far more intimidating than magic about this woman.
With a tone in an almost heartbreaking mezzo, regardless of the venom it held, and a thick German accent she growled, “That Moldovian Schlampe sent you, didn’t she?”
Straightening with what seemed to be a barely restrained and vicious power she ordered, “Go back, and tell your mistress I won. Dante is MY gamma, and she will never be a Drache so long as I am alpha.”

Lin glared at the woman before her..so she knows what I am..and how dare she! Unable to contain her fury she spoke angirly at the woman.
"How dare you compare me to that stupid sleeper! If you believe I am a servant to her let alone a member of their group your are very wrong. And it obvious that you won, they can't even kill a stupid fly, all they do is beg for mercy, the stupid cowards. They are a disgrace to the vampire race, and we purebloods never speak to them."
Lin clenched her fists, she and other purebloods actually wanted to kill them off even if they were part of the vampiric race.

Her physical demeanor was quite interesting to watch – it was almost as if within her tall, lean, and unborn-child-laden frame there existed some wild, savage monster, and only with the tightest and strongest of wills did she reign it in as she commanded that form to release its fighting stance.
Almost too polite – too courtly – now, though with that same barely restrained feral ferocity, she raised the delicately pointed chin of her ageless heart-shaped face, eyes reaching an equilibrium of violet and black as she replied stiffly, “Forgive me, Madam – I presumed the worst.” Though not warm or even particularly cordial, her heavily accented words seemed earnest.

Lin heard the apology, but she still held a grudge for the woman.
"Tell me, what business do you even have with us anyways? Don't tell me that your a hunter, cause if your are, then your just going to have to die. I don't even care if your pregnant or not." Lin glared at the woman, if she was responsible for hunting and killing the purebloods and others of her race....she was going to have to pay.

It was her turn to sound contemptuous as she rolled eyes that were becoming blacker by the second until they looked precisely how they had when she had entered. Her response didn’t seemed premeditated – more like she was regurgitating studied or commonplace information, “Only humans become hunters.”
Stopping herself, more composed, drawing herself up to her full height and rolling her shoulders back, she clarified, “I am most emphatically not a hunter.” She ignored the comment on her pregnancy, but pregnant she was – it almost seemed she couldn’t be more than a few days away from giving birth, with the size of her.

"So you admit it, that you aren't a human. Then what are you? Not that I care, but it's not everyday that I come across a creature that doesn't smell familiar to me."
Lin looked at the woman, she was gaining some respect for her, because she was neither scared or running to Lin.
"The least you can do is tell me your name. After all I will probally be staying here, but don't worry, I only kill animals."
Lin said smilling sweetly, showing her fangs.

She let out a rather dark chuckle and replied to the first question, “I’m complicated – and inedible. That’s all you need to know.” Stepping forward with that still almost Victorian deportment, she extended her hand, smooth, firm, angel-white with long, lean fingers to the other female and inclined her head, hell-black curls spilling over the broad shoulder of her otherwise lean frame.
“Dustin Drache,” she introduced herself. The first name didn’t sound so much like the name ‘Dustin’ as it did like ‘Christine’ but with a ‘do’ instead of a ‘chri;’ the second sounded like Drahkuh. “A pleasure, Madam.” The woman met the vampiress’s eye with her own, now like chips of obsidian framed with gypsy-thick, smoky black lashes, a stark contrast with the rest of the otherwise pallid face that emanated an uncompromising charisma.

Lin smilled and shook Dustin's hand.
"Nice to meet you as well, I am Lin Rune."
Lin thought to herself..at least I am making friends that aren't just vampires....or human.

The woman was shockingly polite, “It’s an honor to have you in the castle, Madam. We’re rarely graced with the presence of purebloods such as yourself.” Double-entendre – the woman had a sense of humor, as well. The corner of her mouth quirked up as her hand encased the vampiress’s: it was hot, hotter than fevered human skin, and somehow hard, like iron or glass wrapped in silk.
