((Rules for this duel all goes but not killing & no maiming you opponent))
Snape entered the dueling hall, his boots where silent on the stone floor more like he was a shadow then human. He silently waited for Dustin he knew it would not be long tell she showed up, he had taken off his outer robes so that it would allow him to move essayer in this duel.

The clip clip clip of heels hitting stone sounded from the entrance to the corridor. They neared the open door to the dueling hall, but passed, revealing a seventh year Hufflepuff on her way to the great hall. During this distraction, however, the Frau Doktor had slipped in from the other side of the room, silent as the night, and stood, in her typical jacket and trousers and oxfords, waiting for the headmaster to notice her. Unconcerned, her long, pale, elegant fingers bound up her wild mass of hair such that it wouldn’t get in the way, and then moved to the neck of her jacket. She began unbuttoning it, her dark eyes examining the hall to see what she had to work with.

It was not hard to notice Dustin even if she was more in the shadows, in a since as she could smell things that pthers could not he could pick up things that many people did not becouse of being a potion master. He then started to moved for the table, that they would be dueling on his steeps we as always silent. "I take it that will the rules to be fallowed that this will be not the normal head on head duel that is normal played out here?" He had already spoke a spell to see that none would enter after them, he did not need any hit form a spell that was cast.

True, the Frau Doktor did, indeed have a certain scent associated with her presence, something to the clever nose that was noticeable but neither distracting nor overpowering. When she finished unbuttoning her jacket she shrugged it off, that signature smell of wood fire and fresh snow and spicy perfume becoming more pronounced, as was the growing bump on her abdomen that housed her growing children.
Nodding succinctly to his question she replied, “Precisely, Herr Professor.” Stretching her shoulders and arms (both of which, having rarely been uncovered before, were surprising in their compact and lean muscle mass) she placed both hands on the edge of the dueling platform, pushing off the ground with her oxfords and her long, trouser-clad legs drawing up to a fully extended handstand on the platform’s edge, which she walked over, landing in a back bend on the platform and then standing, upper body kinks worked out. In the meanwhile she inquired as to the terms of the duel, “What are we aiming for and how big is our area?”

He heard her words he thought before he spoke "I would say that for you I should aim more to your chest & legs. Avoiding your abdomen. As for where you hit me, so long as my head is still on my shoulders I would happy" He looked at her "Unless you wise to add somthing?"

As she rolled her neck she qualified, “I meant when are we playing til?” It was common to set up a goal before a duel began – they obviously weren’t going to the death or to incapacitation. First blood drawn or three of five best hits were typical parameters.

"Well since it wont be tell the other begs for mercy, I would say best 3 out of 5 hits" He then waited for her words.

She nodded curtly, taking her place near the center of the dueling stage and politely awaiting the headmaster. This would be the first time she had faced him or drawn her wand at him, or in front of him for that matter. If she looked at all nervous, it didn’t show. More, she looked at him with a curiously inscrutable expression that could only be guessed at its meaning, though her eyes indicated an implicit trust that he wouldn’t do anything to hurt her too badly.

He drew his wand, he moved to where they could bow. He waited for her as well before he took his stance, he watched her closely as if to read her. He was not out to harm her greatly & he spoke "Tarantallegra" as he moved quick as he pointed his wand at her.

Her wand was also out, and had been since she had bowed to him. She had assumed her stance, balanced, turned slightly to one side and loose enough in her joints to make springing away easy. As she heard him call out the spell she made a little flicking motion with her wand and mid-air the spell reversed directions. In quick succession she took aim and said quite calmly, “Impedimenta.”

He saw his spell miss, he had heard her words. He then waited for her to cast her spell, he was alert to what could happen.

With a crooked smile she advanced on him, her dueling form perfect as she waited for an off beat to lunge and level her wand, calling her spell, “Rictusempra.”

Snape heard her spell, he easly shielded it but it was still nce to see that they where both not out for blood. He waited watching for when the right moment would be & ready to defend if need be. "Accio wand"

Her wand sailed out of her hand, but she didn’t seem the least bit concerned that he had it. After all, there was no way he could work it. With a dark, mischievous little smile she raised her left hand in his direction. The tip of her wand turned towards Snape’s head and she incanted, “Confundo,” and the spell shot from the wand, though it was not on her person.

((I do not know if you could do that, but for the moment I will allow it))
The he easily grab her wand as he few to his hand, at her words he was taken off guard as he had no time to racked to the spell as it hit him. He was confused, as to where Dustin was he would have to wait out the spells affected. He held his wand at the ready, even with out know at the moment where she was but he was still on the ready.
