Snape moved threw the great hall, anyone close moved around him like a wave that had been parted. Students avoided his eyes if they could & most teachers simply nodded but not out of respect but, because they new that it was what they where suppose to do. He could care less he nodded back in the same manor, he would give respect when he found one that had earned it. And he had yet to find any but one, in his entire life.

Dustin wandered into the hall, her nose buried in either a set of advanced runes diagrams, or a Russian newspaper. Not paying attention she sat in her usual seat and began preparing herself a cup of coffee, brow furrowed as she took a sip of the hot black liquid, her glasses slipped down on her nose and unfixed, as she couldn’t read with them. She blindly reached for a piece of toast, not hearing any of the other professor’s chatter.

Snape moved to take his seat as the head table, he reached out to take a drink from his goblet he did it once, his hand had then rested light in front of it. His attention had been draw to another teacher as they said something to him, so when he felt the brush of a hand on his his head instantly snapped to see who had did it. His tone was flat cold as he spoke "Would you care to explain, your actions?" His voice was low, but it was like the quite before the storm. His eyes matched as they flickered with anger that was being held at bay, a look that if provoked would be unleashed like a fire hell on her.

At feeling warm, human flesh beneath her hand instead of a piece of whole-grain toast, she withdrew it with an inaudible, “’tschuldigung,” finding with precision the toast-platter and selecting a piece. The headmaster’s cold, threatening voice seemed to pull her out of her reverie enough for her to shift the paper in front of him, her features decidedly displeased, as if whatever those funny characters said would be important enough to get her off the hook for thoughtlessly touching him. Without explaining what the paper said she murmured lowly to him, “It’s a breach of international law and they know it. But watch,” her small, usually pretty mouth pulled into an ugly, hateful sneer as she glared at the pages, “no one’s going to do anything about it.”
((If he can read Russian it’s an expose’ about a new movement of Death-Eater recruitment in Serbia and Georgia.))

He saw her actions as a paper was placed in frount of him, at first he though t o take it before taring it up as he waited for her answer, he heard her words somthing in them stopped him. He glaced over the papper his voice was low as he spoke "Âû äóìàåòå ÷òî D.E. çàáîòèò åñëè îíè ïðîáèâàåò áðåøü ìåæäóíàðîäíîå ïðàâî? Îíè íå èìåþò íèêàêîå & ïðåäåëîâ; ñäåëàåò ÷òî-íèáûäü ïîëó÷èòü òàì öåëü çàâåðøåíî"
(Not sure if it is alright but, I think it is close. If you can not read it here is the english version- "Do you think that the D.E. cares if they breach international law? They have no bounds & will do anything to get there goal completed")

((yeah -for some reason the characters didn't take so it all came out as vowels - I'll edit with the actual post in a second))
“Я чувствую больше чувствовать отвращение в правительствах, которые позволили бы этому,” she sounded like she was going to be ill over it, her voice kept in a low hiss, her features full more of revulsion than anger now. Shaking her head, she pulled the paper back in front of her, turning the page as if she couldn’t bear to look at the article anymore.
((“I feel more disgusted at the governments that would allow this.”))

He heard her words & actions he then spoke again "Äà & ìíîãî ÷óâñòâóþò ýòè æå, âåðîÿòí ôîðû òàì áóäóò D.E. ñðåäè ãðóïïû êîòîðàÿ ïîçâîëÿåò åãî ê & happin; îíè íå êàê èäòè easly áûòü ûì âíå"
(Yes & many feel the same, likly the odds are there is a D.E. among the group that is allowing it to happin & they are not like going to be easly found out)

“Как люди могли позволить, которые случаются?” she demanded in a whisper. The thought that a practicing Death Eater could get into a public service office anywhere seemed as unthinkable, and probably on the same level as, bathing in human sewage. Her black eyes glittered with outrage at the very notion. Apparently Frau Doktor Drache had never heard of Lucius Malfoy.
((How could the people allow that?))

He hear her words, she was not happy at the though. But, it was true he knew well the ways of the D.E. he had been on after all. "Ëåãêî äëÿ ìíîãî ïîëó÷èòü â ìåñòî ñèëû, åñëè îíè èìåþò & äåíüã; äîðîãà ïî÷åðíèòü ïî÷òó êòî-òî îíî ê ïîçâîëÿòü èõ ïîëó÷èòü âíóòðè. D.E. èìåþò äîðîãè ïîëó÷èòü âíóòðè, äàæå åñëè îíî ñåðåäèíà ïðèíèìàÿ íåêîòîðûì îäíè ñåìüÿ ê aginst ïîëüçû îíè"
(It is easy for many to get into a place of power, if they have money & a way to black mail some one it to allowing them to get in. The D.E. have ways to get in, even if it mean taking some ones family to use aginst them)

“Das kommt ganz und gar nicht in Zauberdeutschland vor. Das soll nie irgendwo vorkommen,” she said with a quiet white fire that suddenly made it possible to see why this woman had been elected to lead her country in such a difficult time. Folding up the paper, she stowed it beneath her seat before turning to the headmaster and murmuring softly, “Forgive me, Herr Professor, I forgot my place.”
(German again- "That didn't happen in the [government of] magical Germany [when she was in office]. It should never happen anywhere."))

"Yes you did but, I will try to over look it" He then tough on her words before he spoke "Denken, was du wirst, aber, der exacly wahrscheinlich ist, was & happined; es wird happin wieder für sogar die, die in der magischen Deutschland Regierung gewesen. Die meisten sind gerade die ot Vorhänge, zum zu denken, dass es happin könnte"
(Think what you will but, that is likly exacly what has happined & it will happin again for even those that have been in the magical germany government. Most are just ot blind to think it could happin)

“Es ist glücklich, Herr Professor, das Sie über die falsch sind. Velleicht passiert das im Zauberengland, aber nicht in Deutschland. Die Grenze war und dennoch stand gesperrt. Einfach mauerten wir unsere selbst ein.” What she had just said was a heavy statement, delivered not with a blind belief, but with strong knowledge that that was the way things were still working. In the last rise of Death-Eaters, Germany had been an impenetrable stronghold; it seems that that never changed, and the woman sitting next to the headmaster of Hogwarts was the one that had written and instated the law surrounding it.
((We are lucky, sir, that you’re mistaken about that. Maybe that happened in the Ministry of Magic, but it didn’t in Germany. The borders were and remained closed. In essence, we’ve walled ourselves in [and everyone else, including Death Eaters, out].))

His eyes darkened at her words, what did she know if or if not it could be done. "Bist du sure, für nach alle sie, wo man nicht annimmt, um in hogwarts wegen des Banne & zu kommen; so daß Unterhalt es sicher. Und alle wir wissen, was happined es, dort wie eine Rebe gibt, die heraus Leben & einschnürt; übernimmt, wenn sie nicht dann die Deutschen ist glücklich in der Tat happinen"
(Are you sure, for after all they where not suppose to get into hogwarts becouse of the spells & such that keep it safe. And we all know what happined there, there are like a vine that strangles out life & takes over, if it does not happinen then the germans will be lucky indeed.)

The woman’s own black eyes met those of the headmaster, glittering like onyx with a light that bespoke whole volumes of twisted pleasure regarding the fate of the Death Eater that dare try to step foot in her homeland. Something in that chilly gaze said without question that anyone even thinking the Death Eaters had a point wouldn’t be five minutes across the border before something nasty and permanently debilitating happened to them, leaving their rotting, wandless carcass dumped somewhere on the Czech/ Polish border. Her voice was a little too reassuring, a little too calm as she replied, “Vertrauen Sie sich auf mich, Herr Professor. Von das bin ich überzeugt.”
And with that, she turned back to her coffee and toast.
((Trust me, sir. That's one thing about which I have no doubt.))
